Privacy policy

Con Cosecha is a project of La Vuelta LLC, in Caguas, Puerto Rico. We collect the minimum needed to prepare and deliver your basket, charge you and keep you up to date. We don’t sell your information.

1. Who is responsible

La Vuelta LLC, which operates Con Cosecha, is responsible for your information. You can write to us at contacto@concosecha.com.

2. Information we collect

When you subscribe, write to us or fill out one of our forms, we collect:

• ·Name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• ·Exact delivery address, location pin and delivery instructions.
• ·Your plan: basket, number of eggs, bread and any pause or change you request.
• ·Allergies, dietary restrictions and substitutions you prefer. We only use them to prepare your basket.
• ·History of deliveries, payments and any issues you report to us.
• ·If you only asked for information: your name, your contact details and that you are interested in the service.

We don’t see or store your card details. Stripe processes them directly.

3. What we use it for

To prepare and deliver your basket, charge your subscription and any applicable IVU, apply pauses and changes, notify you about your deliveries, handle issues, comply with the law and tell you about events and project updates.

4. Who we share it with

We work with providers who help us operate and who only use your information to provide that service to us:

• ·Stripe: processes your payments, manages your subscription, calculates the IVU and runs the portal where you can cancel or change your payment method.
• ·Brevo: sends our emails and stores your contact details and the responses to our forms.
• ·Google: our email and the internal record of orders and deliveries.
• ·Netlify: hosts this website.
• ·The person who makes the deliveries: receives your name, address, phone number and instructions, only to deliver to you.

With farmers we share quantities and products, not your personal information. If you report an adverse reaction to a product, we share with the farmer or producer the product and incident details needed to investigate, without your name or contact details, unless you authorize us to. We also share information when required by law. We never share your information with third parties for marketing.

5. WhatsApp and email

We coordinate deliveries, confirmations and change notices by WhatsApp and email. We write to you about your basket, events and project updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not cancel your basket subscription. WhatsApp conversations are handled under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy, which we don’t control.

6. Cookies and technical data

This website uses the minimum needed to work. Our hosting provider logs basic technical data, such as your IP address, for security. Stripe uses its own cookies at checkout to process the payment and prevent fraud. We don’t use cookies for advertising.

7. Photos at events

At events, visits and workshops we take photos and video to tell the story of the project and the farms. If you don’t want to appear, tell us at the time and we won’t photograph you. If we’ve already published something you appear in and you want it taken down, write to us and we’ll take it down.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop writing to you. Write to us and we’ll respond within 30 days. If we delete your information, we also cancel your subscription, because without that data we can’t deliver to you. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the required period.

9. Data retention

We keep your contact and coordination data while you are a subscriber and for up to 12 months afterward, in case you come back. Payment records are kept for as long as Puerto Rico law requires. Data from people who only asked for information is kept until they ask to be removed.

10. Security

Only the Con Cosecha team and the providers listed above have access to your information, and only to what they need. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email before they take effect.
